Uncompensated High-Pressure Core (RS PC350)

RS PC350 oil-filled high-pressure cores support ranges up to 350bar. Selected high-quality piezoresistive dies, advanced packaging processes and a proprietary patented oil-filled structure deliver high accuracy and reliability, with excellent pressure hysteresis and repeatability. The series is suited to replacing high-end imported oil-filled pressure products.

The core is uncompensated. Two configurations are available:

  • MEMS oil-filled core — the customer designs the pressure connection
  • MEMS oil-filled core — supplied with a pressure fitting

  • 500G mechanical shock capability — IEC 60068-2-27:2008.
  • Pressure response as fast as 1.4μs.
  • Integrated pressure snubber on the pressure-fitting version.
