RS PM60-DVL Series
RS PM60-DVL is a compact, low-power MEMS piezoresistive sensor with I²C digital output for pressure and media temperature. Its small dimensions suit embedded instruments and other space-constrained installations.
Vacuum options and full-scale ranges of 3.5 / 10 / 16 / 25 / 40 / 60 bar are available. Select the ordered configuration with a relative gauge, sealed gauge or absolute reference.
Features & Applications:
The PM60-DVL series is digitally compensated and calibrated, with I2C digital output for pressure and temperature:
TEB at −10 to 70 °C: typical ±0.5% FS, maximum ±1.0% FS. Supply range: 2.5–5.5 VDC; 3.3 VDC ±5% is recommended.
Designed for IoT applications that need ultra-low standby power, small size and long-term reliable operation, the product offers long-term stability.
Media-contacting parts are made of SUS316L stainless steel and sealed by welding to ensure reliability and durability. The series is designed with EMI protection and suits most application environments.
