Quality Control
-

Quality Concept
“Product quality is guaranteed by design and manufacturing; inspection is only an auxiliary control method.” Rodee Sensors applies this quality policy across the whole process — product design, equipment development and customization, component selection, process development and validation, manufacturing and quality assurance.
-

Product Design
DFM (Design for Manufacturability) is applied from the very beginning, verifying manufacturability and cost competitiveness in advance. Modular design and standardized manufacturing keep the quality of every module consistent and controllable, and reduce overall manufacturing cost.
-

Equipment Development
When equipment is developed and customized, we plan for mass-production capacity, batch-to-batch quality stability, automated operation and fool-proofing from the outset — so that volume production stays consistent and the cost advantage is improved.
-

Components Selection
Drawing on the founding team’s long-standing experience in the industry’s global supply chain, we select the most reliable suppliers of mature, proven components to ensure long-term product stability.
-

Process Development
DOE (Design of Experiment) is used to verify and lock down the optimum process parameters and manufacturing flow. Practising the principle that product quality is guaranteed by design and manufacturing, qualified products are made right the first time. Manufacturing processes are implemented in a cleanroom designed for electrostatic protection.
-

Quality Control
For outgoing quality control, a fully automatic calibration and in-line measurement system is used; after calibration, the output accuracy of every unit is automatically checked against the product specification.
