RS PM160-DV Series

RS PM160-DV is a low-power MEMS piezoresistive pressure and temperature sensor with digital compensation, calibration and fault diagnostics. I²C and SPI configurations are available. Range options include vacuum and low pressure up to 160 bar, with relative gauge, sealed gauge or absolute pressure references. Cable versions can provide I²C plus analog voltage.

Features & Applications:

The PM160-DV series is digitally compensated and calibrated, with I2C and SPI digital output for pressure and temperature:

TEB for ranges >2 bar: typical ≤±0.25% FS and maximum ≤±0.50% FS at −20 to 85 °C. Confirm TEB separately for ranges ≤2 bar.

I2C and SPI digital output for both pressure and temperature.

Fault diagnostics support low-power pressure and media-temperature acquisition. Field zero adjustment requires a separate Rodee programming tool.

Media-contacting parts are made of SUS316L stainless steel and sealed by welding, with an optional built-in pulsation pressure buffer to ensure reliability and durability. The series offers IP67 or IP68 ingress protection as well as EMI protection, and suits most application environments.
